Biography
Dr. Reem Bunyan is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of King Fahad Specialist Hospital Dammam (KFSHD). She is an American Board Certified Neurologist who is super-specialized in Multiple Sclerosis with rare expertise in pediatric Multiple Sclerosis. Reem joined KFSHD in September of 2011 after obtaining a Master of Biomedical Sciences in Clinical and Translational Research (CTS) at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN in the area of Multiple Sclerosis. Her mentor was Professor Claudia Lucchinetti; an international expert and prominent leader who is now the Chair of Neurology at Mayo Clinic Rochester, which ranks among the top Neurology departments in the US.
